Report On The Mock Interpreting Of The Techcrunch Summit 2018 Hangzhou: Under The Interpretive Theory

The Mock Conference Interpreting is based on one Chinese dialogue and one English dialogue on the TechCrunch Summit 2018 Hangzhou,which involves the city brain and China's tech innovation in city brain and China's tech innovation in a global perspective.This event and particularly those two dialogues are important to probe into the innovative trend and look ahead the scientific and technologic development in the future.Under the Interpretive Theory in simultaneous interpreting,the author analyzes her mock simultaneous interpreting task with the aid of recordings and transcripts,concludes skills and analyzes tactics according to classified problems like redundancy,language habits,logic disorder,colloquialism,speaking speed and listening comprehension involved during the process of her interpreting;at the last,a conclusion of contributions and limitations.The report aims to improve author's performance by mock interpreting,and make some contributions to the interpretation studies by the author's limited efforts.
