The political situation from the end of Chen-tsung to the early time of Jen-tsung had revealed a huge internal unrest since the empire had found.There were series political struggle and compromise between the Minister of power and Empress Liu.During the last years of his life time,Chen-tsung's healthy always fell into a bad condition,while Empress Liu could be in power.However,an empress holding the supreme power could not be accept by the ministers,and this situation provoked a violent reaction from all aspects of the time.After defeating Zhou Huai Zheng from inner court and prime minister Kou-Chun with their henchmen,Empress Liu reach the power of the imperial government finally.At the early years of Tian Xi,with the death of Chen-tsung,a new round of power struggle was accumulated and erupted at this time.Vice-Premier Wang Tseng take the advantage in the accident of Chen-tsung's mausoleum building,successfully broke the political alliance between Empress Liu and Ting Wei.This move weakened the power of Ting Wei and Lei Yun-Kung,and also restrict Empress Liu's movement,while she could no longer threat to the imperial power.In the year of Tian Sheng,With the help of eunuch and Dukes,Empress Liu tried to seek greater power space.At the same time,the change of the Premier has also provided a greater political opportunity for Empress Liu.In the sixth year of Tian Sheng,with the demission of Wang Tseng,and the change ruling model of Lu I-chien,Empress Liu and her henchmen's power has been greatly developed.While all these political change can be observed from Jen-tsung's authority of government affairs.
