Culture products have high additional value and strong derive,which can facilitate economic development greatly.Exporting high-tech sophisticated products is not only beneficial to improve one country's produce ability,but also promotes technological progress of an exporting enterprise by increasing research and development input or bringing in new technology.Culture products can bring considerable revenue and enlarge national influence in the world.Culture products will disseminate value and thoughts,which embodies soft power of one country.With the help of current implementation of “Going Abroad”,“ Belt and Road Initiative” and other trade and investment strategies,China cooperates with countries along the silk road closer,stimulating the flow of funds technology and talent.Under the rapid development of international trade,China need pay attention to culture industry and enhance trade with other countries for exporting more culture products and earning foreign exchange.The conception of Exporting Sophistication was put forward by Hausmann in 2003,China attaches great importance to the research about it and concerns its practical usage.Exporting Sophistication reflects technological content of exporting products,scholars did a lot of researches and constantly updated measuring ways and analyzed data and constructed models.People made a lot of empirical research on influence factor,but could not reach a consensus.Based on existing research,this article measures 25 countries Culture Product Exporting Sophistication,and Chinese Core Culture Product Exporting Sophistication Index is the lowest,comparing with that index of some developing countries such as Russia India Brazil South Africa and Mexico,at the same time,apparently fall behind developed countries.Analyzing variation trend of Core Culture Product Exporting Sophistication Index in these representative countries,on the condition of open economy,we attempt to find key factors that determine Exporting Technology Sophistication of culture products then give some reasonable advice and solutions on enlarging Chinese culture products export.This article first teases some related literature about Exporting Technology Sophistication and finds that important factors that influence Exporting Technology Sophistication are research and development input FDI human capital and so on.Aiming at the shortcoming of present literature's mechanism analysis,this article demonstrates above factors influence the mechanism of Exporting Technology Sophistication specifically,which will establish basis of empirical research.This article calculates 25 countries Exporting Sophistication of core culture products by ES model,and examine the ratio of FDI to GDP the ratio of R&D to GDP the ratio of high education per capita GDP and urbanization ratio how to influence Exporting Sophistication of core culture products by econometric model.
