Analysis And Research On Professional Quality Of Stage Managers In China

The construction speed of contemporary China has gained high achievement that amazed the world.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,our Party and leaders not only think highly of economic development,but also regard construction of cultural undertakings as very important.The thoughts and theories of cultural confidence,cultural consciousness,and cultural self-improvement have been impressed in the minds of cultural workers.The prosperity and development of cultural undertakings need to depend on the concerted effort and innovation of countless professionals.At present,the work of cultivating cultural talents is becoming more and more popular among artistic colleges.The vocational ability of stage managers is very crucial,as the management of stage is an important link among the overall operation of the theater.The stage manager,as the main manager of the Stage art performance,their work has gained the approval and need of the performance industry.Also,people are paying more and more attention to their professional ability and literacy.However,as far as I am concerned,there is no relevant major in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies in domestic universities.The professional research related to this area is still at the beginning level.And the talents in this area are still depending on other majors.Since the demands for the stage manager are very high in Stage art performance,there is an issue need to be solved immediately,which is to establish personal training mode for stage manager.This paper will adopt field survey method,literature research method,and case study to analyze professional quality of technical stage manager as well as production stage manager.Also,it will put forward some methods and modes for talents cultivation of stage managers in order to offer some help and reference to domestic universities who will establish such major in the future.
