The Professional Development Of Stage And Technical Management Talent In China

As the overall manager to ensure the smooth execution of the performance,stage and technical managers are one of the foundations for the performing arts industry.With the rapid development of China's cultural industry,how to build a professional stage and technical management talent team is becoming increasingly urgent.This research takes "professional development of stage and technical managers in China' as the research theme,and through literature surveys,summarization,case analysis,and interviews,combined with writer's work and learning experience,through the Analysis of current stage and technical managers in China,summarize of the mature training and management experience and put forward the idea of promoting the professional and standardized development of stage and technical manager by strengthening the training of personnel and transforming a good external environment.The research is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the concepts,functions,responsibilities,and job characteristics of stage management and technical management,then summarizes "what knowledge,skills,and abilities of stage and technical management personnel should have." The second chapter analyzes the current status of the development of the stage and technical management personnel in China,points out the shortcomings currently existing,their adverse effects,and analyzes the cause.The third chapter discusses the determinants of the professional development of stage and technical managers based on an analysis of the mature experience in the training system and management of stage and technical managers by the British Theatre Industry,the American Actors Equity,and the NCPA.Based on the contents of the first three chapters and the current situation in China,established a training model for stage and technical managers,and aiming to create a good industry ecology,according to the way to strengthen the system to ensure and improve the overall ability of practitioners in the industry.Finally,it is concluded that to promote the professional development of the stage and technical management talent,it is necessary to resolve internal and external contradictions,that is,to improve their ability level from the personnel themselves,and assisted by a good industry ecology to build professionalized Stage and technology management talent echelon.
