| The accommodation sentence in modern C hinese is a special type of sentence in C hinese.It is different from the semantic structure of the most typical “act + action + affair”,such as "Ten people eat a pot rice." In this paper,a large number of corpora are collected and collated,the names o f "The accommodation sentence" are selected,and the semantic connotation of such sentences are analyzed and discussed in detail.Finally,the logic semantics are combined with the concepts of predicate logic and set theory description,the entire thesis specifically includes the following six chapters:The first chapter:introduction.The academic circles have been involved in the study of such sentences as"a pot of rice eats ten people."in a long time.However,the names are different.There are mainly three kinds of names in the academic circles:"For use sentence(???)/For movable sentence(???)","Double quantity structure(?????)","The accommodation sentence(???)".On this basis,this article adopts the name"accommodating sentence".The second chapter: accommodates the definition and classification of sentences.This chapter is to define the scope of accommodating sentences,as long as the sentence has "[N um1 + C l1 + N1] + [VP] + [Num2+ C l2 + N2]" structure,and the sentence expresses the relations of quantity belonging to the category of accommodating.These sentences are studied in this article.And at the same time,they are classified according to the semantic of the accommodation sentence.The third chapter: the syntactic features of the accommodation sentence.This chapter divides the syntactic structure of accommodating sentences into three chunks by means of constructive chunk theory of Mr.Lu Jianming,namely block 1:(N um1 + C l1 + N1),chunk 2: VP chunk,language chunk 3:(Num2 + Cl2 + N2).Sentence pattern contains a syntactic light verb,so that the table "space" of accommodation sentences' and the "time" accommodation sentences' chunk 1 and the language chunk 3 position can be interchangeable,but the table "time" accommodation sentences' chunk 1 and block 3 are also semantically limited,and the position interchange bet ween the two chunk is limited.The fourth chapter contains the semantic meaning of sentences.This chapter is the focus of this dissertation,and analyzes the semantic content and sentence semantics of each part in the three sub-categories of the accommodating sentence.Through the transformation analysis,It is found that the accommodation sentence has the semantic characteristics of [+ continuity][+ambiguity][+ accommodation][+ correspondence function][+ metaphor] as a whole,and the accommodation semantic of the table "space" accommodation contained [+ Possession],the accommodation semantic of the table "time" accommodation contained [+ usage],and the accommodation semantic of the table "thing volume" accommodation contained [+use] [±one-time accommodation] semantics.In special circumstances,It didn't contain [+functional degeneration].The fifth chapter is about the logical semantics of the accommodation sentence.In this paper,we use the predicate logic method to borrow the idea of set theory to describe the logic semantics of the accommodation sentence,abstract the expressions and generalize the logical semantic expressions of the accommodation sentence in each sub-category,The logical semantics of 3-position interchange are also analyzed correspondingly.The sixth chapter is Conclusion.This chapter summarizes the conclusion about the semantic research of accommodation sentences in this paper.At the same time,it puts forward some suggestions on the unresolved problems in the study of accommodation sentences and the directions that need to be researched in the future.The semantic meaning of the accommodation sentence in modern Chinese is extremely rich.This paper analyzes the semantics of the accommodation sentence from the perspectives of traditional semantics and logical semantics in order to perfect the research system of semantic meaning of accommodation sentences in modern Chinese. |
