The Mao Dun Literature Award is one of the highest awards in literature in China.From the first(1977-1981)to the ninth(2011-2014),a total of 41 literary works were awarded.Except for the three works of Juvenile Tianzi,Zhang Juzheng,and Baimenliu,the remaining works basically take the different periods of the 20th century as the writing background and reproduce the changes of the times from the perspective of literary works.From the late 1970s to the early 1980s,modern Chinese history had a turning point and epoch-making significance.In the political upheaval,economic reforms have released economic vitality,and cultural humanism has revived and re-examined.At the same time,with the constant technology of media technologies and the gradual popularity of televisions,people's media life begins to show new changes from the past.In such a context,as a literary work of social consciousness,there must be a direct reflection of social politics,economics,and cultural life.This paper adopts a combination of point + surface methodology.Based on a general analysis of the media life of the award-winning works of the entire Mao Dun literature prize,the author focuses on the selection of two works from the late 1970s to the early 1980s.The World of the World and the Drum Tower and Drum Tower are research objects.Based on the characteristics of the era background,this new era of literary works explores the new changes in media production,use,and consumption media,and the media's discipline on people.influences.The full text is divided into four departments.The first chapter is an introduction,introducing the research background,research purpose,research significance and research methods of this article.The second chapter is the general overview of the media life of award-winning works of the Mao Dun Literary Awards,including the background of the works,the statistics of the number of lives of various works,the period from the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the War of Liberation,the War of Resistance against US Aggression,the Cultural Revolution,the 1980s and the 20th Century.The four time dimensions of the 1990s and the geographic dimensions of the urban and rural areas provide a longitudinal analysis of the evolution of media forms in different periods,and a comparative analysis of different regional media forms of life.And in all his works,he has conducted statistical analysis on five forms of media life represented by newspapers,radio,television,movies,and magazines.In the third,fourth,fifth,and sixth chapters,the Ordinary World and the Bell Tower and Drum Tower were analyzed by the media life dominated by newspapers,radio,television,and movies.Including the development background,media profile statistics and specific case studies of the four media during the writing of the work.
