In organizations,abusive supervision is a kind of negative leadership styles,has different degrees of impacts on subordinates' emotional reactions and behavioral patterns.Existing researches show that the district abusive supervision could reduce subordinates' organizational citizenship behaviors and exacerbate their work withdrawal behaviors in workplace.In this study,we explore the implication of perceived peer abusive supervision on subordinates' organizational citizenship behaviors and work withdrawal behaviors stand from the perspective of third parties.Furthermore,we suppose fear as a mediator and explore its mechanism between perceived peer abusive supervision and the organizational citizenship behaviors and work withdrawal behaviors.A total of 422 employees(male 185,female 237)were recruited in this study.We used the Abusive Supervision Scale,the Fear scale,the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale and the Work withdrawal Behavior Scale to measure the perceived peer abusive supervision,fear,the organizational citizenship behaviors,the psychological withdrawal behaviors and the physical withdrawal behaviors of participants.Through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and Bootstrap test,the main contributions in this paper is as following:First,perceived peer abusive supervision is negatively associated with subordinates' organizational citizenship behaviors.Second,Fear plays a partial mediation role between perceived peer abusive supervision and subordinates' organizational citizenship behaviors.Third,perceived peer abusive supervision is positively associated with subordinates' psychological withdrawal behaviors.Fourth,perceived peer abusive supervision is positively associated with subordinates' physical withdrawal behaviors.Fifth,Fear plays a partial mediation role between perceived peer abusive supervision and psychological withdrawal behaviors.Sixth,the mediation role of fear between perceived peer abusive supervision and physical withdrawal behaviors is not established...
