Currently, many employees Insufficient aware their own work, thisPhenomenon resulting in employees can not do their job well。In this study, we use Employees as the research sample, discuss The relationshipamong Job cognitive, Organizational commitment and On-the-Job Behaviors. Thepurpose of this study is to verify theoretical models of Job cognitive, organizationalcommitment and on-the-job behavior. The results show that:(1)Job Cognition and on-the-job behavior have positive correlation. That isstrong positive correlation between Job Cognition and positive Job behavior.(2)Job Cognition and organizational commitment have positive correlation. Thatis positive correlation among normative commitment, Job Cognition, Idealcommitment, Economic commitment, Emotional commitment and Opportunitiescommitment.(3) Organizational commitment and job behavior was a significant positivecorrelation. That is positive correlation among normative commitment and positiveJob behaviors, but have no correlation with oppositional behavior. That is negativecorrelation among normative commitment, psychological regression of behavior,physiological regression of behavior. That is positive correlation among Idealcommitment, Economic commitment, positive Job behavior, psychological regressionof behavior and oppositional behavior. That is positive correlation among emotionalcommitment, positive Job behavior, physiological regression of behavior andoppositional behavior, but have no correlation with psychological regression ofbehavior. That is positive correlation among opportunities commitment, positive Jobbehavior, psychological regression of behavior, physiological regression of behaviorand oppositional behavior.(4) mediating Effect exists between the Job cognitive and On-the-Jobbehavior,that is normative commitment and opportunities commitment. Research Job cognitive can deep the understanding of the job characteristics,can help business managers use Job cognitive well.
