The Research Of Corpus And Exercise Design Of "Developing Of Chinese-Advanced Listening Course"

Listening teaching is very important in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Only when learners receive effective input can they achieve better output.However,the importance attached to listening classes in TCSL is far less than the emphasis on comprehensive and oral classes.Listening textbooks are the basis of listening teaching and the foundation of all teaching activities.The selection of listening materials and the setup of listening exercises are directly related to the quality of this set of listening textbook.Most of the existing research results on listening textbook are concerned with the compilation of the primary and intermediate listening teaching materials,and lack of research on the compilation of the advanced listening materials.Therefore,this article selects "Developing Chinese Advanced Listening Course" that a representative advanced listening textbook as an object of study,and analyzes the selection of listening materials and the setting of practice.It is intended to provide some reference for the compilation of advanced listening teaching textbook in the future.In order to investigate the listening materials and practice settings in"Developing Chinese Advanced Listening Course",this article determine the sources,genre,and topic types of text materials,the length of linguistic data,the proportion of vocabulary,the speed of sound recordings,the volume of questions,the frequency of questions,and the difficulty level of questions by statistics.We find that�Developing Chinese Advanced Listening Course" can basically meet the needs of the senior Chinese learners,but there are some problems in "Developing Chinese Advanced Listening Course",such as the irrational distribution of some topics and genres,the slow speed of listening materials,the low-difficulty of types of question and the training of listening micro skills is not comprehensive enough.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the basis of the existing listening textbook compilation theories.
