Study On Agnes Heller's Thought Of Justice

Justice is the everlasting theme of political philosophy.Since Plato put forward the question of justice,the main task of political philosophy is to explain "Justice".In a certain sense,the political philosophers after Plato set out from this point to construct their own ideas of "Justice".In the traditional society,political philosophy,social philosophy and moral philosophy are combined together,justice is the supreme law that dominates all fields,and it is the only law.Since the beginning of modernity,the combination of traditional political philosophy,social philosophy,and moral philosophy has been broken,so justice belongs to different fields,thus losing its dominant position.Hyuk Le tries to integrate these three together,and find the link of the three is the upright man,through the good life of the upright man to achieve beyond justice.By observing the norms and rules of static justice continuously and persistently in the traditional society,Heller turned to modern society to examine the fairness of norms and rules,and to question and even invalidate the unjust norms and rules.Since the beginning of modernity,justice has become more and more dynamic,which may become injustice tomorrow.Therefore,we must resort to the universal ultimate value-freedom and life,and only norms and rules that conform to the ultimate value can be called just.Due to the paradox of the concept of justice in ethical politics and the division in modernity,it is not possible to do so.The concept of justice does not move towards incomplete ethical politics.The concept of incomplete ethical political justice aims to build the best possible social-political world,and the best possible socio-political world is the condition of a good life.Therefore,Heller finally appealed to the post-modern society to achieve beyond justice by returning to good life.The ultimate goal of this paper is Marx's historical materialism angle of view to reflect on Heller's thought of justice,which is to put forward solutions to the limitations and irrationality of Heller's beyond justice from Marx's angle of view.This paper holds that the basic motive force of beyond justice is the development of productive forces,because productivity is the fundamental force of changing thesocial system.Therefore,it is possible to build the best possible socio-political world by vigorously developing productive forces and promoting changes in the relations of production so as to establish a more complete social system;The subject that transcends justice is the proletariat and cannot completely hope to be honest and good people;The ultimate goal of transcending justice is to realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings.Since human development is the ultimate embodiment of social development,achieving human freedom and comprehensive development is the ultimate goal of Marxist communism beyond justice.
