Objective:To investigate the relationship between the campus bullying victimization, the school climate and the school membership in secondary schools, and the multilevel regulating effects of school climate. Methods:In this study,a multi-level linear model will be used to examine the regulating effects of the school climate on the students' victimization and the school membership.Participants in this study range from the first grade in middle schools to the third grade in high schools, with a total of 3746 students in 20 schools. Results:After controlling for the demographic variables of students and schools, research shows:1)The impact of bullying victims predict school membership negatively, the school climate is positively predicting the school membership;2)There are cross-level regulating effects of school climate between middle schools and high schools;3)Students' school membership in a higher school climate is more sensitive to the bullying victims.Conclusion:1)Improving the school climate is an effective way to improve student school engagement;2)Students in a higher standard school climate are more sensitive to the adverse effects of bullying victims.
