Beijing Advanced Innovative Center For Chinese National School Of Music Operation Model

In 2014,Beijing launched the "Construction Plan of Beijing High School Innovation Center" according to the Ministry of Education's innovation Ability Improvement Program.The Chinese Conservatory of Music has become one of the three art colleges.In a series of full preparation,the Chinese music elite innovation center has emerged.Nowadays,the country's emphasis on the cultural industry and the country's increasing support for the cultural industry have made the research on the management of the art innovation center an inevitable trend.This article takes the high-precision innovation center of China Conservatory of Music as the research object,and serves as a reference for the development of high-precision innovation centers of arts with related backgrounds.This article mainly studies the operating model of China's music school's high-precision innovation center,and makes a comparatively comprehensive and systematic analysis.The first part gives an overview of the state-of-the-art high-tech innovation centers,two high-precision innovation centers in the art category,and brief introductions to the three fine art centers in China.The organizational structure is compared;The second part mainly introduces the formation process,overall goals,construction direction and tasks of the China Music School's sophisticated center.The third part mainly analyzes the analysis of the operational models of China's highly sophisticated educational center,mainly including the operation mode of the central organization;the project operating mechanism;the co-building unit selection mechanism;the effective integration of resources mechanism;The fourth part is mainly to analyze the current problems of the Chinese School of Music's sophisticated innovation center.The fifth part mainly discusses the problems that need to be solved in the development of the center and proposes countermeasures.
