Study On The Administrative Mechanism Of The Culture Industry In Chinese Ancient Capitals

Booming the Chinese characteristics socialism cultural is the strategic status of the key steps of building well-off society in an all-around way and gradually realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation's historical mission. Now, with the development of the socialist market economy in China, the mechanism of management which has already formed in the planned economy period of ancient cultural formation urgently needs reformation. Through the reformation and innovation of the cultural management system and mechanism, rising prosperity and development of the ancient cultural undertaking and the ancient cultural industry, improving the competitiveness of ancient cultural products, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of satisfying the ancient people's growing spiritual and cultural needs to the hilt.The reformation of the ancient culture industry management system in China is a very complicated and difficult task, it involves the framework of the superstructure of our country and concerns the reconstruction of the management system of the culture industry, for these reasons, it needs a theory to guide which is more correspond to the practical condition of our ancient capitals. This article is basing on the current situation of the administrative activities of the culture industry of the Chinese ancient capitals, and it adopts historical analysis, ontological analysis, comparison of the ontology and practical research types to construct complete and feasible administrative mechanism and the related policy system of the culture industry of the ancient capitals, then, hope can help to some degree.The article is divided into five parts:the first part discusses the theoretical foundation of the ancient culture industry management, it analyses and elaborates the relevant concepts which involves in administrative mechanism and the innovation of the related policy system of the culture industry of the ancient capitals. The second part analyzes and summarizes the features of the management activities of Chinese ancient culture industry, on the basis of these, it introduces the culture industry management of the ancient Chinese capitals and points out the existing problems, and then analyses the causes of these problems from the shallower to the deeper. The third part focuses on the innovation of the administrative mechanism of the culture industry in Chinese ancient capitals, and elaborates the innovative ideas and countermeasures in details. The fourth part gives full priority to the innovation of the administrative policy system of the culture industry of the Chinese ancient capitals, and then states the specific opinions and suggestions. The fifth part takes the example of the management practice of the culture industry in the ancient capital——Xi'an, it elaborates the concrete steps in the innovation of administrative mechanism of the culture industry further, which has originality and innovation in the theoretical significance and application values.
