Today,the era of knowledge economy has come.Knowledge breaks away from the traditional concept and becomes the core driver of a new round of change that is changing the way humans produce and live.At the same time,the boundaries of traditional disciplines are being dispelled and new disciplines are emerging,calling for new ways of education.In creative education,design education is the focus of this article.The purpose of design education is to cultivate innovative talents.At present,the demand for talents in society is increasing.Facing this situation and responding to changes in the requirements for talent cultivation in the new era,it is very important to study and practice the innovation of cross-border design of postgraduate teaching organization model in the field of design education.First of all,this article starts with a large amount of information obtained from websites of colleges and universities,educational data centers,and other websites,and uses literature research,case studies,and other methods to conduct collaborative teaching,cooperation,cooperation,and typical cases in different types of universities in designing teaching.Through combing and researching,we concluded and found that the design education in China's art academies has problems such as the lack of a comprehensive knowledge structure of students,the lack of comprehensive ability to solve problems across disciplines,the traditional teaching organization model,and the closed structure.Therefore,it is very important to build an open,interdisciplinary teaching organization model.Afterwards,this article preliminarily expounded that design graduate education should build a multi-disciplinary knowledge structure of students,pay attention to the improvement of students' comprehensive ability in various aspects,and have a more open teaching organization model.Based on this,this paper constructs a teaching security system composed of collaborative elements of teaching organization and a three-phase composite teaching organization model to form a transboundary design graduate teaching ecology circle,with a view to solving the problems in the design education of art schools.After this,a collaborative open course based on the design organization of graduate teaching and a teaching organization experiment of “1+X” multi-disciplinary workshops were conducted,and experiments and evaluations were conducted.The students' multi-discipline knowledge structure and comprehensive ability have been achieved.It puts forward new ideas and new models for the design education of art schools,which has important practical value and significance for promoting the improvement of design teaching quality and satisfying the society's demand for talents.
