Public art is the idea of a city,a form of contemporary culture,expressing local identity and cultural values in a positive sense.The significance of public art can be made by changing the regional environment,highlighting some characteristics,expressing the history and value of the community or city,and arousing people's thinking and understanding of the related problems.Public art in mobile and public art in mobile space is only a form of public art expression.People used to watch art before entering museums or art galleries,as well as ornamental works of art that lay still at a certain point.With the development and progress of the society,the Museum of Museum of Art Museum as a display space can not meet the needs of people,especially the public artists begin to pay attention to the relationship between the field and people.The core of the public art serves the public,with the social problems to think about the development of the society and the objective needs of the life form.The mobile space forms the tools for amusement parks.This category is not within the scope of discussion.There are also boats,cars,planes and subways.The scope of this paper is the public art and mobile public art in mobile space.This paper tries to make the mobile space-the mobile space in the elevator-by studying the expression of public art and the public art of moving in the mobile space,the idea,and the social effects.Now the demolition is serious,more and more people move away,moved into the high-rise residential,many people in the same building are not familiar with each other,thus educing the residents of high level community culture point of view,what can public art do? Through a series of mobile public art,this proposition may find an artistic attempt to bring some people to rethink.
