At present,China's economy is in a period of rapid development,and the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.In order to improve the competitiveness of the market,the job stress of employees is also increasing.Excessive job pressure will inevitably bring about a certain degree of influence on employees' emotions,and the level of emotional management will determine the level of employees' mental health.Eventually,such negative events like Foxconn jumping events happen frequently.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to understand the relationship between employees' job stress,emotional intelligence and mental health,and put forward practical suggestions.Based on this,this study aims to explore the relationship between employees' job stress,emotional intelligence and mental health.534 employees were surveyed through online questionnaires.The data obtained through SPSS analysis revealed that:(1)Overall,the job stress of the employees is larger and the mental health is low;(2)The demographic variables have significant differences in the partial dimensions of job stress,emotional intelligence,and mental health;(3)There is a significant negative correlation between job stress and emotional intelligence.Job stress has a good predictive effect on emotional intelligence;(4)Job stress is significantly related to mental health,and job stress has a good predictive effect on mental health;(5)Emotional intelligence is significantly associated with mental health,emotional intelligence,Mental health has a good predictive effect;(6)Emotional intelligence has a significant moderation effect between job stress and mental health;(7)Emotional intelligence plays a mediation role between job stress and mental health.Based on the results of empirical research,this study finally proposed to business managers:The company must actively pay attention to the job stress of employees,often carry out emotional intelligence training,using practical actions to reduce the job stress of employees,and improve employees' emotional intelligence and mental health.
