With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,new requirements and challenges have been put forward for junior English teaching.As a new teaching mode,the flipped class opens a new way for teaching reform.Flipping the classroom is the opposite of the traditional teaching model.The traditional teaching mode is to teach knowledge in class and internalize knowledge in class,that is,to learn knowledge in class,to do homework after class,and to focus on teachers in class.And the flipped class is to take the student as the center.The students study independently before class,finish the homework and realize the internalization of knowledge in class,.Through the questionnaire survey method and the interview method,this paper understands the present situation of English classroom teaching in junior middle school under the background of the new curriculum reform.The students' attitude towards English learning is passive and lack of interest.The learning environment and strategies are not good.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems,this paper further analyzes the feasibility of the English teaching reform in junior middle school,and opens the exploration of the English teaching reform.It has been found that flipped classroom teaching model improves the students'enthusiasm for learning,changes the previous teaching pattern and subverts people's understanding of classroom teaching and after-school learning.This paper,combined with English listening,reading and grammar lessons,further expounds the teaching process and application of flipped classroom teaching mode action research.However,the junior middle school English classroom teaching reform under the background of new curriculum reform is also facing some practical problems.This paper analyzes the causes from the factors of students,teachers and schools comprehensively.It shows that students have poor self-restraint ability,self-learning ability and lack of family supervision.Lack of teachers,adequate guidance on learning strategies and cultivation of good learning habits.The school failed to provide more learning opportunities for teachers and failed to create platforms for the reform and failed to face up to the importance of new curriculum reform and flipped classroom teaching model reform.In view of the above analysis,this paper proposes a method to solve the problem of the reform of English flipped classroom in junior middle school under the background of new curriculum reform from the three levels of students,teachers and schools.First of all,students should actively cooperate with teachers and pay attention to the cultivation of learning ability and habits.On the part of teachers,we should strengthen theoretical study,improve our own quality and deeply understand the three dimensional goals of the new curriculum.We should pay more attention to the processes and methods and take improving students 'core English literacy as the educational goals.Schools must pay more attention to the English teaching reform and strengthen the training of teachers.Schools should provide support for the information technology platform.We also should strengthen the connection between homes and school to improve the teaching effectiveness.
