This study aims to explore the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with working duration,job levels,and gender differences.The study conducted in the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan,the number of participants was 124 employees(n= 123.94).The result findings found the gender differences not affected the level of job satisfaction either organizational commitment but job position level significantly correlated to the level of job satisfaction on the other hand job position level not correlated to the organizational commitment.Based on the understandings and outcome of this examination,this study introduces potential options for more research in the field for the future.Firstly,to establish some sounder experiment future researchers should apply true design when conducting the research for satisfaction among employees in organization commitment.this measure will assist in making a more accurate assumption about relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.Thus,projected studies should be conducted with very stringent and sharp focus on survey study design.Moreover,the future research will add much to the field if attention is paid to the development of job satisfaction and organization commitment.Researchers in their attempt to collect data for the intent to analysis the relationship and interaction of employees' satisfaction should make sure they include a variety of different culture,race,gender and religious markers.Although there is a vast amount of studies completed observing the outcome of relationships between job satisfaction and organizational commitment,the results have been a mixed bag of evidence the contradict each other.Due to this,the advances in research methods are greatly needed.The finding reasons that are noticeably correlated with the compatibility of employees increasing the job satisfaction and job satisfaction simultaneously and significant.Creating and maintaining a dependable method to project,control and explicate the levels of satisfaction within the employees' relationship has the potential to yield beneficial results for the institutional and organization.The main findings of the research were shown that there is positively and strongly relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment.In addition,there is a significance difference between job position(supervisory and managerial,professional,operational and technical)on job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
