The research about commitment is a very important topic for psychology, management. And supervisory commitment as a research direction is a attitude that people take to their supervisor, it has been a very important part of commitment research nowadays.Because the research of supervisory commitment is just starting, the results of the research is not abundant, especially to the factors of influencing the supervisory commitment. The current research about it mainly concentrates on the "circumstance" factors such as culture, supervisor support, leader-member exchange, there is few researchers try to observe the relationship between the employee temperament and the supervisory commitment.We use the methods of questionnaire survey to correct the data in the research, taking T-test, single factor variance analysis, relation analysis and regression analysis, the results of the research substantiate the assumptions, and there are conclusions as following:1. Significant differences of some factors of supervisory commitment were found comparing the employee's sex, length of work time, education level and marriage situation.2. Employee' personality characteristics influence supervisory commitment to a certain extent, neuroticism is negatively related to the supervisory commitment, "dedication factor, "extra effort" factor, "Internalization" factor ; but it is positively related to "attachment" factor and "identification" factor; Extraversion is positively related to the supervisory commitment, "dedication factor", "extra effort" factor and "Internalization" factor, but it is negatively related to the "attachment" factor; Agreeableness is positively related to "dedication factor, "extra effort" factor and "identification factor", while it is negatively related "attachment" factor; Conscientiousness is positively related to supervisory commitment, "dedication" factor, "extra effort" factor, "identification factor", and "Internalization" factor; while it is negatively related to "attachment" factor.3. Employee' personality characteristics influence perceived supervisory support. Neuroticism is negatively related to perceived supervisory support; Conscientiousness is positively related to perceived supervisory support. Neuroticism can partly predict perceived supervisory support.4. Employee' perceived supervisory support partially mediated the influences between Conscientiousness and supervisory commitment.
