Research On The Construction Of New Rural Culture

The level of a country's cultural development is not only an important manifestation of its historical background,but also the core element of a country's comprehensive competitiveness.From a worldwide perspective,the major developed countries and powerful nations all emphasize the importance of cultural construction,often putting economic development and cultural construction at the same strategic level.China has always paid great attention to the construction of rural culture.It has been mentioned at the 17 th,18th and 19 th National Congresses.Building a new socialist countryside has an important strategic position in the national policy.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,the national strategy for Rural Revitalization was clearly put forward.In order to implement the strategy successfully,the implementation plan of the strategy for Rural Revitalization was also formulated.Cultural construction,as the soul of rural revitalization,has naturally attracted much attention.From the background of the policy,under the new situation,the Party and the state have attached great importance to the coordinated development of rural economy,politics,culture and society,vigorously promoted the construction of cultural and strong villages,constantly met the growing spiritual and cultural needs of farmers in the vast new rural areas,promoted the overall civilization of the new countryside,and helped the rural revitalization.Shanggao County,as a large cultural county,has obvious advantages in traditional excellent cultural resources.At the same time,Shanggao County is also a large agricultural county.However,a large cultural county may not be a strong cultural county.Shanggao County is located in the central region,and its economic and social development is far from that of many coastal provinces and regions.The insufficiency of economic and social development will inevitably affect the cultural construction in high rural areas.This paper takes Shanggao County,Jiangxi Province,as the research topic,the research content is divided into five main parts.Firstly,this paper describes the background,significance and innovation of the topic,and explores the current domestic and international research contents and representative ideas of rural culture,as well as the era background and theoretical significance of this study.Secondly,it elaborates the core concepts of culture,new socialist countryside and cultural construction of new socialist countryside,and makes a theoretical analysis of the core concepts of this study.Through the establishment of the theoretical basis of the traditional farming culture thought,the Marxist cultural view and the cultural view of the leaders of the Communist Party of China,the theoretical basis of this study has been laid.The focus of this paper is to explore the achievements and problems of the new socialist countryside culture construction in Shanggao County.The achievements are mainly from the aspects of cultural service system construction,education science and technology construction,rule of law and morality construction,political and cultural construction and so on,and to explore the problems of the new rural culture construction and development in Shanggao County in combination with the actual situation.Finally,the conclusion and outlook part,a high level of overview and summary of the conclusions of the study,and the future of the new rural cultural construction of the relevant content of the outlook.
