There are two significant magazines in the course of the introduction of foreign educational ideas in the Republic of China,that is,Education Journal and Chinese Education Circles.They conform to the trends of the times and extensively introduce many kinds of educational theories,methods and contents from other foreign countries,through which they promote the process of educational reform in modern China,and play an important role in the modernization of education in modern China.In addition,they are very important historical materials for the study of the history of education of modern China.By the introduction of foreign educational ideas in Education Journal and Chinese Education Circles and the analysis of Chinese ideological circles' understanding of foreign educational ideas in 1930s,the spread and influence of foreign educational ideas at that time can be reflected greatly.In 1930s,Chinese ideological circles published numerous articles on foreign educational models in Education Journal and Chinese Education Circles.Through the detailed introduction of the situation of foreign teachers in primary and secondary school,the youth training model and the cause of children protection,many commentators have deepened their understanding of the foreign educational model in Chinese intellectual community and at the same time to a certain extent promote Chinese intellectual community to reflect on China's education.Firstly,in the situation of teachers in primary and secondary schools in foreign countries,many commentators pay more attention to the pre-service teacher training in Britain,the United States,France,Germany,the Soviet Union and Japan,especially teachers'training in the Soviet Union and Mexico,the system of paychecks,pensions and other preferential treatment for serving teachers in the United States,France,Germany,the Soviet Union and Japan,and the theory of teacher's professional qualification in the United States and Germany.Secondly,in terms of training model of foreign youth,many theorists are more inclined to the organization and purpose of youth training in Germany,Italy,Japan and the Soviet Union.At the same time,they pay more attention to the youth training activities in Germany,Italy,the Soviet Union and Japan.Finally,in the field of children protection,many commentators pay more attention to the legal provisions on protection of children's health in the United Kingdom,the United States and Japan,the limitation of child labor and children educational right in Britain,the measures taken to protecting lactation babies in the Soviet Union,France,the United States,Britain,Japan,and the measures taken to protecting weak.children in Germany,the United States,Britain and Japan.To a certain extent,the scholars' views on foreign educational model also enlighten the Chinese ideological circles.
