The continuous warming of "Chinese hot" makes the teaching field of Chinese as a foreign language faced with a serious shortage of teachers.With its unique advantages,distance education technology can effectively make up for the shortage of traditional Chinese teaching in foreign countries,and teaching Chinese as a foreign language has become an inevitable choice for the promotion of Chinese in the new era.Learning support service is the core element to insure the teaching quality of distance education.The lack of a scientific and perfect learning support service system will seriously impede the development of the long distance teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Therefore,it is necessary to make a thorough study of the learning support service of the distance Chinese teaching in Chinese as a foreign language.On the basis of previous research results,the amount of access provided by Alexa website ranking as the basis for the selection of three as the research object,in the distance education learning support theory,humanistic theory,constructivism learning theory,second language learning theory,using literature reading,experience summary,comparative study,case analysis the method of questionnaire survey,three sites of distance education learning support service system comparative study,based on the analysis of the demand survey of Chinese distance learning,learning characteristics,learning support service and the causes of the problems and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the system analysis of the distance teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The text of the full paper is divided into four parts.In the first chapter,the academic support services provided by the research object are divided into two items: learning resources and learning process.The former is compared from the curriculum resources and the digital library resources.The three aspects are compared from the following aspects: guidance service,learning guidance,learning monitoring,evaluation and feedback.The second chapter from three aspects of management support,emotional support,technical support for the research object to provide non-academic support services.The third chapter based on the analysis of the demand of distance learning support services of Chinese learners,analysis of the characteristics of domestic remote teaching Chinese as a foreign language with the public nature of learning support services and technical support services,pay attention to the quality of service of the continuous improvement of the construction of the curriculum resources,the problems existing in the digital library resources,learning support,emotional support,technical support and management support services and analyzes the reasons.The fourth chapter draws inspiration from the above research and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of long distance learning support service system for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.We should improve the academic support services from the digital library,the live broadcast classroom,the curriculum resources and the learning process,improve the non academic support services from the aspects of management,emotion and technology support,and expand the popularity of the website with marketing propaganda.
