| The cultural square is not only the perceptible physical space within the rural society,but also the political space regulated by the state power,and the living space of the people's daily cultural experience.In order to explore the spatial political issues arising from the cultural square which is a public cultural service project in the new period,this paper takes several rural cultural squares in central Hubei as the objects of observation,from the perspective of space politics,on the basis of Lefebvre's ternary space theory and Foucault's space discipline theory,explores the practical logic of interaction between the state,the village and the people in the square space from the three dimensions of space,power and daily life,shows the action strategy of rural culture space governance.The study finds that,through space production and cultural construction,the cultural square that enters from outside to inside reconstructs an embedded formal public cultural space in the rural society,and closely combines with the power inside and outside the village,showing the power attribute of culture.From the national perspective,cultural square is listed as an important agenda for government projects to enter all levels of government,given the necessary policy support and service resources to carry out rural culture square construction and activities,and based on the interests of rural fit need to form a "giving-attachment",to reach the goal with the "conspiracy",and in the square space production and experience of the "foreground" to perform the power regulation of the overall posture,reflects the strong national discourse of "cultural hegemony",thus formed the mainstream cultural identity and national identity in the narration of grassroots level society.From the bottom view perspective,people accept the cultural square from the perspective of the daily life,and creatively performance the "sound" of daily life in the "backstage" of the spatial experience,in this way,the square space has become the social media that interacts with the villagers,village and state,reflecting the conflict and the coordination between power and right,which is the field of cultural interaction between national entrance "code" and rural people entering "decode",showing the relationship structure of villager and village and the relationship between village and state of "need-use" and "need-requisition".Through the subject interaction in the space,the physical space,the power space and the living space have formed the "three sides" connection structure,in this structure,country sinks the power,regulates the space and shapes the daily life through the cultural square,secretly implements the spatial governance in the rural society,makes the cultural square become the carrier and the tool of the rural social governance,from the horizontal section of space,it shows the special governance attribute and function of culture square in the process of culture going to the countryside.At the same time,through the vertical process of culture going to the countryside,it shows that the political tendency is weakening and the living life is becoming stronger,which has given rural governance some independent space,but we should also be alert to the potential disaster of project failure from the state's perspective,in the governance of rural society,it is necessary to link up the cultural needs of the people with the perspective of the bottom,to reshape the collective authority of the village and to cultivate and give play to the subject initiative at the village level,and fully explore the cultural consciousness and the subjective initiative of the rural people,to activate the energy of the bottom resources of the rural society from the bottom to the top,and to change the "government torment" into popular"torment",so as to better realize the modernization of rural governance. |
