Research On The Purchase Pattern Of Cultural Public Services By Ningxia Government

The living standard of residents is improving.Their demands for public cultural services are increasing,and this demand shows a trend of diversification.This increasing demand is a huge challenge for the existing public cultural service system in China.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of the supply of public cultural services,the government of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has carried out various forms of practice.Although Ningxia's economy is not quite developed,it closely follows the trend of buying public cultural services.However,in general,on the purchase of public cultural services,the government of Ningxia lacks systematic theoretical guidance and extensive practice.There are still many shortcomings in the standard and systematic aspects in Ningxia government's purchase modes.This article expounds the great environment and explains related concepts of the government's purchase of public cultural services.Then,taking the new public service theory and the feature of public culture as the theoretical basis,this paper shows the main factors that influence the government's purchase of public cultural services.In addition,it also summarizes the theoretical model,practice mode and prospect buying patterns of the public cultural services at home and abroad.In the fourth part of the article,several cases of Ningxia government's purchase of public cultural services are listed.In the end,in view of the shortcomings of the current purchase mode of the Ningxia government,the corresponding development countermeasures are put forward based on the target model.I hope that through specific countermeasures,it can provide reference for the future development of Ningxia government on governments' purchase patterns of public cultural services.
