Kenya,as a fast developing country in Africa,is at the forefront of African countries in all aspects of development.However,there are still many problems in terms of Chinese education.For example,the shortage of Chinese teachers has become increasingly prominent,especially the lack of local Chinese teachers.This teacher problem has seriously hampered the pace of development of Chinese education in Kenya and will have a profound impact on the sustainable development of Chinese culture in Kenya and even in Africa as a whole.This article compares and analyzes the two aspects of professionalism and job burnout of native Chinese teachers and Chinese volunteer teachers in Kenya,trying to find out ways and measures to upgrade and develop Chinese education in Kenya,and to solve the problem of shortage of Chinese teachers in Kenya.This dissertation mainly studies and compares the current situation of professionalism and job burnout among Chinese volunteer teachers in Kenya and local Chinese teachers.It uses survey questionnaires,interviews,and various other flexible methods.It uses the survey data as the main research basis and literature.The comprehensive research and comparison of materials and interview data are aimed at solving teachers' job burnout problems in the process of Chinese education in Kenya and increasing teachers' engagement.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.Briefly and concisely describe the research purpose and the main content of this study,and specify the research purpose,research content,research methods,and research significance.The introductory part puts forward the question of the distribution of Chinese teachers in Kenya,and further clarifies that the development of native Chinese teachers in Kenya is the right way forward.The second part is a literature review of the engagement and burnout of local Chinese teachers and Chinese volunteers in Kenya.From the research at home and abroad,they sum up and refine the views of Kenyan Chinese teachers on professionalism and job burnout,and lay a solid foundation and theoretical basis for the investigation,research,and writing of this article.The third part investigates the status quo of the engagement degree and job burnout between Chinese volunteer teachers and native Chinese teachers in Kenya.This part is the focus of investigation and research.The author designed and prepared questionnaires,collected and collated the data of the questionnaires,and categorized,and summarized the results of these data in preparation for investigation,analysis and conclusion.The fourth part is the analysis of the survey results of the engagement degree and job burnout between Chinese volunteer teachers and native Chinese teachers in Kenya.This part is the most important part of the paper.The contents of the analysis and comparison are all covered in this part.The final research results of this topic are mostly reflected in this part.It is analyzed as a result of the investigation and is also a supplement to the investigation.The fourth part studies the conclusion.This part pinpoints the author's earnest hope for the teacher's dedication to the Chinese language education in Kenya.At the same time,the author gives suggestions to reduce teacher's job burnout.At the end,it concludes the investigation and study of this article with a highly generalized conclusion of comparative analysis,and at the same time develops the Chinese education in Kenya.The blueprint places deep hopes.
