Research On The Role Of Rural Cultural Auditorium In Rural Governance

Since the third Plenary session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the general goal of perfecting and developing the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governing ability,rural governance has been the foundation of the national governance system.It has faced with many new forms and changes.At present,rural governance is faced with many problems,such as the low moral and cultural quality of villagers,the non-standard daily behavior of villagers,the disharmony of villagers' relations,the hidden dangers of rural public security,the slow advance of governing villages according to law,and the difficulties encountered in grass-roots democratic governance.The cohesion of village identity is not strong and the values of villagers are lacking.Through investigation,the rural cultural auditorium can effectively solve the current problems in rural governance.Taking some rural cultural auditoriums in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper attempts to discuss the promoting role and restriction of rural cultural auditoriums in rural governance,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part,expound the rural cultural auditorium as well as the domestic and foreign research present situation of rural governance.The second part introduces the concept of rural cultural auditorium and rural governance.The third part discusses the dialectical relationship between rural cultural auditorium and rural governance.The fourth part expounds the function of rural cultural auditorium in rural governance.The fifth part,put forward further strengthen the role of rural cultural auditorium in rural governance.There is a dialectical relationship between rural cultural auditorium and rural governance.The rural cultural auditorium has the function of ideological guidance,behavior shaping and value cultivation in rural governance,and the good atmosphere and institutional mechanism formed in rural governance are all helpful to promote the construction of rural cultural auditorium.Through the analysis of the investigation data of some rural cultural halls in Zhejiang Province,it is found that the rural cultural auditorium is improving the villagers' moral and cultural quality,standardizing the villagers' daily behavior,promoting the villagers' interpersonal relations,improving rural public order,and promoting the governance of villages according to law.Improving democratic governance,strengthening village cohesion,strengthening "four confidence" and cultivating core values play an important role.In addition,it is also found that there are certain limits to the role of rural cultural auditorium in rural governance,such as gambling and superstition activities still exist,villagers' behavior needs to be changed,family relations need to be improved,and the process of administering villages according to law needs to be accelerated.The cohesion of village identity needs to be strengthened,and the cultivation of core value has a long way to go.Therefore,in view of the above problems,combined with the form of cultural activities in rural cultural auditorium,it is proposed to strengthen the cultural quality education of villagers,to innovate the form of traditional virtue inheritance,to broaden the ways of popularizing legal education content,and to strengthen the integration consciousness of the foreign population.Excavate the connotation of traditional festival culture,cultivate the core value idea deeply and so on.
