In recent years,scholars have found the phenomenon of procrastination in College students is very popular,mainly manifested as academic procrastination which turns to be a fixed pattern of behavior,thus,academic procrastination has become an urgent problem.Due to its negative impact on college students' physical and mental health,academic procrastination has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.The study,selecting college students randomly as samples,is about the relationship among academic procrastination,self-efficacy and study flow experience,and there were 501 valid questionnaires collected through this survey.The study used t test,variance analysis and other statistical methods to investigate the differences of the college students' academic procrastination,self-efficacy and the study flow experience in demographic quantity;then it analyzed the relationship among College Students' self-efficacy,study flow experience and academic procrastination,using correlation analysis,regression analysis,then it discussed the mediating effect of College Students' study flow experience.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall situation of college students' academic procrastination is at the medium level.There was significant difference in the demographic variables of grade.(2)College students' self-efficacy is higher than the medium level.There are significant differences in gender factors.Namely,the level of male's is significantly higher than that of females.(3)The overall situation of College Students' study flow experience is at medium high level.There are significant differences in the demographic variables such as gender,specialty,grade and so on.In terms of gender,male students' study flow experience level were significantly higher than that of female students;In terms of profession,students from science and engineering scored higher than that of arts students;in terms of grade,students from different grades have significant differences in total immersion experience,purpose and feedback,selfless state and sense of control,besides,the scores of freshman students were significantly higher than those of sophomore,junior and senior students,the last three having no significant differences.(4)There was a significant positive correlation between College Students' self-efficacy and study flow experience;There was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy and academic procrastination;There was a significant negative correlation between study flow experience and academic procrastination.(5)College Students' self-efficacy and study flow experience can reliably predict academic procrastination;Self efficacy can negatively predict academic procrastination;Study flow experience can negatively predict academic procrastination.(6)Study flow experience of college Students has a partial mediating effect between self-efficacy and academic procrastination.
