Study On The Supply Of Public Cultural Services In The Pastoral Area Of Xilinguole League

Culture is a sublimation of a national spirit and is the most fundamental force for the future progress of a nation.Xilin Gol League is located in the central part of Inner Mongolia.It is not only the important animal husbandry product base in China,but also the frontier of the Western Development.It is the nearest pastoral area to the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan region.In recent years,Xilin Gol League has achieved good results in optimizing public cultural infrastructure construction and improving the efficiency of public cultural service provision.However,judging from the current situation,the development of public cultural services in the XilinGol League Pastoral Area is still relatively backward.How to meet the cultural needs of pastoralists and achieve effective supply of public cultural services in pastoral areas still has many important theoretical and practical issues that need to be explored and resolved.Based on this,this article,based on field visits,consulting related literature,and summing up previous experiences,clarifies relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and thoroughly investigates the basic situation and existing problems of public cultural service provision in the Xilinguole League Pastoral Area,and the problems based on the problem analysis.Reasons and suggestions that can be learned:First,the government has increased its investment in public cultural services and improved infrastructure;Second,it has established a multi-channel fund-raising mechanism;Thirdly,it has accelerated the construction of a team of public cultural serviceprofessionals in pastoral areas to improve the quality of personnel;and fourth,it has strengthened policy support and increased attraction.Strengthen the advantages of ethnic areas;Fifth,establish a diversified supply body and increase supply efficiency.
