The press center of the 19~thh National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts proposed putting Education in a priority position and strengthen the construction of teachers and cultivate high-quality teachers.At the same time,we must also make our teachers feel happy in their posts,have a sense of accomplishment in their careers,and have a sense of honor in society,making teachers an enviable career.Concerning the teaching and working life of volunteer Chinese teachers,as a special group of teachers for the output of foreign cultures,it is also an important part of interlocking Han Chinese careers.If you want to make Chinese teachers volunteers become an enviable career,let us first make they found happiness,sense of accomplishment and identity in their positions.In recent years,there are more and more researches on the professional identity of teachers in our country,because higher vocational identity can stimulate the enthusiasm of teaching and promote the sustainable development of teachers'profession.In this study,volunteers from Thai and Chinese language teachers were selected as research subjects,and the volunteers were divided into two groups:new volunteers and volunteers.According to the teaching situation,interpersonal relationships,career development trends,teachers Personality psychology,comparative analysis of four aspects to measure the two volunteer groups taught in Thailand,the differences of professional identity and occupational stress.According to the questionnaire and interviews,it is found that:(1)The occupational identity of new Chinese teachers volunteers is lower than that of Chinese volunteer teachers;(2)The differences of occupational identity among newly appointed and remaining Chinese volunteers are mainly due to motivation and occupation;(3)The pressure of teaching is the main cause of the occupational stress of new and remaining Chinese volunteer teachers;(4)The new volunteer Chinese teachers are more likely to be affected by the interpersonal relationships in the school,which may cause mood swings or even affect the teaching progress.Based on the analysis,this study proposed some suggestions on how to enhance the professional identity of newly appointed and retained volunteers:From the national level(1)advocating that the community should respect teachers and enhance the professional image of volunteer Chinese teachers;(2)give preferential policies to the re-employment of volunteers and mobilize their enthusiasm;(3)paying wages in time to ease the anxiety of volunteer teachers.From the organizational level(1)deepen pre-job training content,attach importance to language learning in the country,strengthen teaching skills training,increase“three senses and three situations”and volunteer spirit education;(2)conduct regular psychological assessments to enhance respect and obedience,Organized volunteer activities such as friendship.From a personal level(1)continue to correct professional attitude;(2)take the initiative to improve teaching ability;(3)establish a correct concept of employment.It is hoped that this research can provide corresponding theoretical reference for the training of Chinese teachers'volunteer teachers and help to condense every Chinese teacher and alleviate the shortage of overseas teachers by increasing the occupational identity of volunteers of overseas Chinese teachers,to contribute to the international promotion of Chinese language.
