The cultural diffusion based on Chinese began with Wei and Jin dynasties.Zhang Qian in Western Han dynasty started the way of foreign trade,cultural integration for China,and international communications of language,simultaneously.Under the feudal system,the interests of the ruling class,demand for the development of religion and Commerce has led to the slow development of language communication.In modern times,under the influence of the foreign powers' needs in China's interests,the second language teaching activities have been difficult.1949,the establishment of P.R.China,the modern TCFL has been officially started,but it has been hindered again because of the Great Cultural Revolution.Until 1978,the Chinese TCFL has really stepped into the right track of development.China's reform and opening up has made China urgently need to connect with the world in many aspects,such as international affairs,economy,culture and so on.The external transmission of language has become a necessary and most important means.In 1983,the TCFL was officially born as a subject.Under the background of economic globalization and cultural diversity from1990 s,‘Chinese craze' expanding in all parts of the world.In 2004,the first Confucius institute was established in Seoul,South Korea,which created a new era of‘Chinese craze'.In 2013,changed the terminology of ‘teaching of Chinese as a foreign language' to ‘International Chinese Education',which means the continuing grow of the TCFL.With the solid economic strength,military strength and the soft power of Chinese culture,the contemporary TCFL is constantly innovating the content and form of teaching,enriching the connotation of its teaching culture.Aiming at the goal of realizing the spread of Chinese culture,use of language communication to promote cultural publicity.The new era gives a new topic for the development of the TCFL is how to imperceptibly spread Chinese culture in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.Early in ancient China,the exchange of languages was always accompanied by the spread of art,which was also the best way to show the essence of culture,express the value orientation and carry forward the national spirit.In recent years,more and more researchers have put their eyes on theart class design in the teaching of foreign Chinese culture,the requirements for the teaching of art are also written in the syllabus of the international Chinese Education.But,for the use of art in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,most of the researchers are limited to a specific class of art courses.There is little discussion on how to apply the art education in a comprehensive and systematic way to the TCFL.At present,in the practice of cultural teaching,the development and application of art teaching is still in the exploration stage,the related problems of the teaching link,the concrete scheme of the combination of language teaching and art teaching are urgently needed to be studied.In the national development strategy plan,Yunnan has become an irreplaceable important hub for the overall construction and development of the country as a whole with its special geographical location,abundant resources and basic experience of regional cooperation.In 2009,the state put forward the strategy of ‘building Yunnan into a bridgehead for China's opening to the southwest',making Yunnan a center of economic radiation for South Asia and Southeast Asia.The announcement of ‘The Belt and Road ‘development strategy in 2013,Yunnan once again upgraded to ‘the important connectivity point of southern silk road,northern silk road and the maritime silk road'.It is precisely because of these advantages that Yunnan has become an important development area for the education of Chinese as a foreign language.What is more,Southeast Asia has a large number of overseas Chinese compatriots,which could accelerate the dissemination of Chinese culture in these countries and the promotion of Chinese development.Compare with other provinces,Yunnan's TCFL has its unique advantages in the aspects of geographic advantages,teaching experience,and teaching development,especially has rich case experience in teaching the unique group from South Asia and Southeast Asia.On the basis of combing the historical development of TCFL,this paper selects the representative Yunnan Normal University as the main research object,exploring more possibilities,necessity and maneuverability of the form of art education in the TCFL.In view of the present situation of the development of the TCFL in Yunnan,the author puts forward some ideas and expectations for the "how the art education form is better used in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language".I hope thisarticle will provide some ideas for exploring the specific problems of "the application of art education form in teaching Chinese culture to foreigners" and how to effectively spread Chinese language and culture.
