The Analysis Of Chinese International Communication In The Cross-cultural Perspective

As Chinese is listed as the official working language of the United Nations,the influence and radiation power of Chinese in the world is also increasing.Overseas Chinese learners at present stage has been extended to high-ranking politicians from the student groups,the number of overseas Chinese learner has exceeded 100 million,Xi Jinping,chairman of doing all kinds of keynote speech has become the focus of global attention,"the voice of China" in the global scope to form strong charisma.Chinese has become an important part of China's national business card and cultural strategy.Along with the advancement of "one belt and one road" strategy,in the two countries attach great importance to bilateral relations in the field of economic and cultural education,etc,the language can more promote the hearts and minds of exchanges between countries,leading to build consensus,complete the "diversity" and "explain different" and "accommodationist" understanding of the chain,promote the fate community building.In addition,kazakhstan,as the largest inland country in central Asia,has a great reference and application value for the dissemination of Chinese in other central Asian countries.This paper is based on two paths: one is the theoretical support path.In view of the spread of Chinese discipline characteristic,theoretically explore,combing the theory of intercultural communication,language communication theory and educational communication theory,analysis of the semiotic theory and the theory of the third space,in order to build Chinese theory support to the world;Second,the path of practical research.This paper investigates the framework of Chinese language communication in kazakhstan.Based on the "5W" mode of the laswell communication process,the subject situation,audience situation,communication content,communication channel and propagation effect of Chinese communication are analyzed.In view of the restrictive factors of Chinese overseas communication,this paper puts forward the strategy innovation to provide a new way for Chinese overseas communication.This dissertation is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin,research background,research status,research methods and innovation of the research.The second part through the communication,educational communication,linguistics and other related disciplines of literature,the core concepts and theory were summarized,and for this article provides a complete theoretical support,the theory of path lay theoretical foundation for the subsequent discussion.The third part mainly from the angle of the “5W” transmission mode of the spread of the Confucius institute,Chinese environment,the main body,content and route of transmission,audience,communication effect through analyzing six aspects.In the fourth part,the author discusses the language policy of kazakhstan and discusses the restrictive factors of Chinese language transmission in kazakhstan from the perspective of cultural differences and identity barriers.The fifth part is based on the above analysis to explore the strategies and suggestions of Chinese overseas communication.This study from the perspective of analysis,practice and content point of view to make up for any deficiencies in current Chinese communication research in kazakhstan,to provide our Chinese spread abroad the possibility of theoretical and practical implications.
