The establishment of "Confucius institutes" overseas is one of the Chinese government's leading cultural exchange programs with foreign countries.The main purpose of the program is to develop the friendly relations between China and the rest of the world,to enhance the understanding of Chinese language and culture among the people of the world,and to provide convenient and excellent learning conditions for Chinese learners in other countries.Confucius institute is the Chinese language and culture,supporting local Chinese teaching as the basic task of nonprofit publie welfare institutions,student activities purpose now as to improve the people's understanding of Chinese language and culture,developing friendly relations with foreign countries,promote the pluralistic integration of world culture,for contributions to the construction of a harmonious world.With the further development of "Chinese fever" and "One Belt and One Road",Chinese learning has become a hot topic in Kazakhstan.On November 27,2012,the Karaganda national Confucius institute was established,which rapidly promoted the teaching of Chinese in the region and entered middle school classrooms.In just a few years,the rapid development of Chinese language teaching in Karaganda region of Kazakhstan has aroused the author's great interest in this area,and he wants to investigate and analyze the Chinese language teaching in Confucius institute of Karaganda State Technical University of Kazakhstan,so as to explore the experience of promoting Chinese language teaching in this region.This paper takes teachers and students of Confucius institute of Karaganda State Technical University as the research object,conducts questionnaire survey on students and teachers respectively,and conducts survey and analysis on teaching materials,teaching effects,teaching resources and other aspects.The research method is mainly literature and questionnaire survey.Through a series of investigation and analysis the author found that although State Technical University of the Confucius institute to be stable development of Chinese teaching methods and teaching facility is perfect,the quality of teaching gradually increase,recruit students number is growing,but it still has some problems,such as:Chinese language teachers level irregular,single teaching method,curriculum and teaching material coltents do not match.The research on the investigation and analysis of Chinese teaching in Confucius institute of Karaganda national university is divided into fourth chapters.The specific contents of each chapter are arranged as follows:The first chapter is the introduction of the Confucius Institute in Karaganda,Kazakhstan and the general situation of teaching;The second chapter is the Chinese language teaching survey design of the Confucius Institute in Karaganda,Kazakhstan,including the purpose of the survey,the method of investigation and the design of the questionnaire.The third chapter is the investigation and analysis of Chinese teaching in the Confucius Institute of Karaganda,Kazakhstan,mainly from the aspects of students,teachers,teaching materials and teaching resources.The fourth chapter is to investigate and study the situation of Chinese teaching in Confucius Institute in this school,and analyze the situation of Chinese teaching in Conf&cius Institute.The advantages and disadvantages of the Confucius Institute in the teaching of Chinese language in Karaganda,Kazakhstan,and the corresponding countermeasures to the Chinese teaching of the Confucius Institute are put forward in the light of their own understanding and existing scientific theories.
