Study On The Problems In The Operation And Management Of Children's Dance Club In Tengzhou And The Promotion Strategies

With the progress of people's educational concept,the education of children begins to focus on quality education from the original exam oriented education.It has become a common phenomenon of children's education to choose a project for children's quality development by using their spare time.Sports dance is a whole body entertainment sports project integrating sports,music and dance.It not only contains the artistic beauty,skill and appreciation of dance,but also has the fitness functions such as sports competitiveness,entertainment and physical fitness.Tengzhou City began to appear sports dance training clubs in the 1990 s.In recent years,the number of training institutions has grown rapidly,and developed to various township areas.Some early established Township sports and dance training institutions quickly seize the local market,so they are very popular.However,with the continuous influx of training institutions and the increasing competition,the management mode of training institutions is not standardized,the price positioning is not clear,and the backward teachers' venues are still prominent.Therefore,the development of Tengzhou town children's sports dance club has also entered a bottleneck period.Based on this,this paper selects Tengzhou town children's sports dance club as the research object,designs the questionnaire of managers,teachers and students.In12 towns of Tengzhou City,each randomly chooses one children's sports dance club for investigation.Through sorting out the investigation and statistics results,from organization operation management,capital operation management,staff operation management This paper analyzes the current situation of operation management from five aspects of management,marketing operation management and teaching operation management,and finds out the main problems respectively.Through the analysis,it puts forward the strategies to improve the operation management of children's sports dance club in Tengzhou,hoping to provide feasible reference for the development of children's sports dance club in Tengzhou.
