Construction And Implementation Of Music Education System In Public Universities In The New Era

With the continuous development of economy of China,the social principal contradiction has transformed,the Chinese socialism has entered a new era.The age of material happiness is over,people began to constantly pursue the spiritual richness,therefore,the demand for beauty will be higher and higher.As an important force to promote the overall progress of society,aesthetic education has become more and more important.We can say that it has entered a new era.As a kind of vivid and lively expression form of aesthetic education,music will also yield unusually brilliant results in the new era.As a cradle of the cultivation of all-round talent,facing a new era,colleges and universities need to strengthen the public music education to balance the "aesthetic education " courses and other courses of "moral education,intellectual education,physical education".Compared with the developed countries in foreign countries,our public music education is in the early stage of development,and public music education in universities is developing slowly,which does not match with the development of other disciplines.But with the popularization of quality education in new era,the public music education is bound to have sprung up to flourish,by that time,if we don't have a whole set of scientific system of the public music education system,it will influence the development of aesthetic education in our country.This paper expounds the feasibility of the research direction by analyzing the background of topic selection,significance of topic selection and research status at home and abroad.Trying to elaborate the necessity of public music courses in universities from three aspects: the positive role of music education,the positive role of campus culture construction,and the need for Chinese cultural inheritance.Visiting and investigating the administrative staff,professional teachers,president of student union,community leaders and students from six universities in Jiangxi province including comprehensive universities,normal universities,colleges and universities of science and technology to reflect the imbalance and messy of public music education development.According to the research and analysis,founding that the executive level need to change the concept of public music education,we should promote the position of the public music education,we should establish public art teaching and research section and formulate a series of regulatory regime and implementation of standards to develop the public music education.The school also needs to improve the curriculum system and optimize the teaching staff.Only by strengthening the management and construction of public music from the top,can we ensure that the public music education "integrates" into the education system of the school as a whole...
