This thesis bases on qualitative research and quantitative research and through combing theory and practice,applies to SOSS21.0 and EXCEL statistical software collating and analyzing the data to explore the relationship between the Mongolian higher vocational college students' personality traits and their interpersonal relationship,to understand the inner mechanism between the personality traits and interpersonal relationship.Besides,by group counseling and traditional education and making the Mongolian higher vocational college students who suffer from interpersonal disturbance to some extend or seriously intervene,it explores the effective ways to help the Mongolian college students improve their interpersonal skills and relieve their intensive interpersonal relationship and finally promotes the psychological health education in higher vocational colleges more scientific and effective.This research can be divided into two parts.Part one measures and analyses on the basis of 602 college students from three vocational colleges in Hohhot.The conclusions are:(1)There are remarkable differences between the Mongolian students and Han nationality college students in higher vocational colleges in extroversion,emotionality,stiffness and masked affection.The extroversion,emotionality and stiffness of the Mongolian college students scores more than those of Han nationality students,but the masked affection of Mongolian college students is obviously scores less than those of the Han nationality students.(2)The emotional dimension of Mongolian college students in higher vocational colleges is different obviously.The emotional dimension of Female students scores more than the male one.(3)There are remarkable differences between the Mongolian higher vocational students and Han nationality higher vocational college student in general perplex degree,conversation disturbance,and the problem of dealing with people.The general perplex degree,conversation disturbance,and the problem of dealing with people of the Mongolian college students is obviously worse than those of the Han nationality students.(4)There are obvious differences in conversation disturbance between the male Mongolian college students and the female Mongolian college students,and females score much worse than males.(5)There are obvious differences in general perplex degree and interpersonal relationships and communication problems.The students in Grade 2 score worse than the students in Grade 1.(6)Mongolian college students from different original families in worse vocational colleges appears obvious differences in interpersonal relationships problems and communication problems.The students from the single parent family or orphans score worse than those not from the single parent family or orphans.(7)Among all dimensions of the Mongolian college students' personality traits in worse vocational colleges,there are obvious negative correlation in masked affection and general interpersonal relationships,conversation disturbance,and the problem of dealing with people.There are obvious negative correlation between masked affection and interpersonal disturbance;There are obvious positive correlation between stiffness and the interpersonal relationships.(8)The Mongolian college students' stiffness dimension predicts their communication problems positively.Masked emotion predicts the general score of interpersonal relationship,conversation disturbance,and communicational disturbance negatively.The research chooses some Mongolian college students who have some certain or more serious interpersonal relationship problems as an experimental group and intervene and compares with the control group.The results turn out that:(1)The methods of group counseling and traditional education guidance both can ease the interpersonal problems of Mongolian college students in worse vocational colleges to some extent,so it worth widely being used in the daily educational counseling.(2)The way of group counseling,which is used to adjust interpersonal relationship of Mongolian college students in Worse vocational colleges,is more effective than traditional education guidance.
