Maslow's Humanism Theory And Its Contemporary Value

Maslow's humanistic theory has abandoned the behaviorism represented by Watson and the instinctive theory represented by Freud.Maslow has proposed his own humanistic theory system.His main content is about the human behavior motivation,which is known as the "need" type and level as the entry point,to carry out the exploration of personality development.Conventional research methods are literature method,fieldwork method,unlike previous is he using celebrity biography,he used interview method and field survey to the class nature of the human kindness,beauty and truth.And to apply and develop my own academic views in my own life.There is divided into four parts.The first part mainly from the theory of Maslow's humanistic era background and personal experience and theoretical sources of these two perspective,examining Maslow's academic course this theory the initial reason with others.The second part analyzes the main contents and characteristics of humanistic theory from Maslow's related monograph.The main contents of Maslow's humanistic theory are hierarchy theory,human nature theory and value theory.There are four main features of Maslow's humanism theory.The first characteristic is the entirety of the method system.The second characteristic is the gradation of concrete form;The third characteristic is the conditional nature of mutual transformation;The fourth feature is the drive of the internalmechanism.The third part,based on the comprehensive development of Marx,analyzes Maslow's humanistic theory and points out its reasonable kernel and inner limitations.The fourth part discusses the theoretical value,practical enlightenment.
