Study On The Communication Of Adaptation From Shakespeare's Play To Peking Opera

The art of Peking Opera reflects the traditional Chinese culture,and it's not only the emotional bond of the Chinese people around the world,but also the window of Chinese culture from all over the world.With the concept of Cultural Self-confidence and a Community of Shared Future,the art of Peking Opera has a great significance in promoting Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges,enhancing understanding and friendship between the the Chinese and foreign people,and promoting the harmony and prosperity of human society.The Chinese opera has sought innovation and development in the dissemination,which has been adapted endlessly,especially the adaptation of Shakespeare's play.However,the differences between eastern and western aesthetic spirit,dialogue structure,stage performance and cultural connotation have become a serious bottleneck in the adaptation and dissemination of Shakespeare's plays.To enhance people's confidence in Chinese culture,let Chinese culture "going out",promote "One Road,One Belt" strategy implementation,and build a community of human destiny,adapted Shakespeare's plays by Peking Opera have great significance.In this article,through the analysis of the theory of communication model,five basic elements of "Five W" model by Lasswell was considered closely involved in the adaptation from Shakespeare's plays to Peking Opera:(1)As the main body of the dissemination troupes,actors and the government should further explore drama resources,pay more attention to people's main body status;(2)There is a natural cooperation basis between Peking Opera and Shakespearean plays,and the research on the object of communication should be strengthened;(3)The adaptation from Shakespeare's plays to Peking Opera provides new channels for Chinese cultural communication and should take advantage of new media.(4)The Chinese and foreign audiences of the adaptation of Peking Opera are the objects of communication,and the research on the object can help us to promote the propagation effect;(5)Good communication effect of Shakespeare's Peking Opera can maximize the cultural value of Peking Opera.Based on the "Five W" communication model by Lasswell,around the adaptation from Shakespeare's plays to Peking Opera,this paper discusses the adaptation of traditional Peking Opera,which provides a new theoretical perspective for the development and communication of Peking Opera.
