With the continuous deepening of economic globalization,the contacts between countries in the world are getting closer,and cultural globalization is inevitable.In the process of cultural globalization,people with different language backgrounds need to communicate smoothly and cross-cultural translation plays an indispensable and important role.Translation is not just a transcoding between different languages,but more importantly,the communication and dissemination of cultural information carried by the language.The development of economic and cultural globalization is in full swing.The culture in textbooks for foreigners has also become a research hotspot.The author is engaged in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language in Peru,a Spanish-speaking country in South America.Starting from the actual situation,this article selected the New Practical Chinese Textbook,teaching materials used by the Confucius Institute as the research object,and analyzed the Chinese cultural words in the teaching materials.The problems and causes of the interpretation;conducted a questionnaire survey of the students of the Confucius Institute to explore how to better improve the cultural presentation of Chinese cultural words in textbooks,and to interpret the Chinese cultural words and phrases for the textbooks.And teaching provides a valuable reference.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter expounds the importance of cultural teaching.Secondly,this paper use the ways to study :questionnaires,questionnaires and interviews.Thirdly conclude the situation of the research on the translation theory of cultural words.The second chapter statistically analyzes the Spanish interpretation and definition of cultural words in textbooks from the perspective of classification of knowledge and culture words and communication culture words.In addition,it also conducts interview analysis of questionnaires and test papers;There are two problems in the analysis of interpretation in the two aspects of communication and communication,including unmatched interpretation,insufficient interpretation,and a single interpretation model.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problem of interpretation of culture and words and proposes specific suggestions for teaching.Last Chapter summary and insufficient.
