The competency is the ability to work in a specific job or in an organization.Scholars believe that competency is a trait associated with high performance.The comprehensive quality of the manager is more consistent with the competence characteristic of the excellent manager in the same industry.The stronger the manager is in the position,the more he can adapt to the daily work of his management position.It is very helpful to cultivate the competitive advantage of the enterprise to improve the competence of the management personnel in the market competition.HY culture company is a game company that integrating online game development,operation and distribution.Under the request of the company's new strategy,the company needs both the quantity and quality of senior personnel,HY culture of the company's top realized the management of the department manager level above the pressing needs of the talents.Based on the competency of this Angle,in the company's development present situation,the strategic planning of HY culture and human resource management situation has carried on the field investigation after learned that on the one hand,HY culture company's existing management team in a certain lack of management ability,with the advancement of future strategy,may be a potential influence company goals;On the other hand,the company in the recruitment of mid-level managers,management training and reserve personnel training in the work of a common flawed,it is lack of comprehensive competency model,without a comprehensive competence index system and evaluation standard,cause work related to carry out the exist problems.The main sticking point of these problems is that the company lacks the competency model of senior management personnel and can not evaluate the competency of managers.Therefore,the company has a strong demand for the competency model of management personnel.On this basis,this paper carried out a research project and formed this research result.The main content of this article is to HY culture within the company general manager,director,manager level these three levels of managers competency model is established,and designs the competency model application scenario.Competency to build in this article,through the following steps: first is the management of HY culture company competency model lack of found that the main content includes company profile,company's human resources situation,the necessity of constructing company competency model;Followed by HY culture company managers competency model building process,the main contents include the design of the competency model process is introduced,and the overall framework design,management,personnel competence quality determination of refining and competency behavior standard.Thirdly,it is the application of the competency model of HY culture company,which mainly includes talent selection,training and reserve personnel training based on competency model.For HY culture company,the research achievements of this paper can help the company in order to convenient and effective means of screening of outstanding management personnel,and help them to develop more effective personnel selection,training and talent team construction.And level in the industry,this paper design the management competency model can be used as a cultural industry of shenzhen management competency model of benchmarking,clear of other cultural industry company management job competence,management competence is of certain reference significance.
