A Comparative Study Of Yang Zengxin And Sheng Shicai's National Policy On The Governance Of Xinjiang

Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region,dynasties continue to strengthen the governance of Xinjiang.During the period of the Republic of China,the most notable feature of politics in Xinjiang's frontier multi-ethnic society is the rise of warlords politics.The national policy of Yang Zengxin and the prosperity of the world is an important part of the whole social system of Xinjiang.Because of its different environment and its different characteristics and effects,this paper makes a comparative study on the national policies of the two special periods of the history of Xinjiang.Yang Zengxin,the first warlord in the period of Xinjiang's social transformation,was a remarkable history in the period of its administration,and left a strong and heavy color in the history of Xinjiang.In the past seventeen years in Xinjiang,he believed in the political thought of Lao Tzu's "small country and the people",pursued the rule of "no action",ruled the people of all ethnic groups with the policy of self preservation and fools,and kept all aspects of the Xinjiang region stable but stagnant.It safeguards peace in Xinjiang.Sheng Shicai was once known as the "king of Xinjiang" who ruled Xinjiang for nearly twelve years.In order to consolidate his rule,he ended the chaos in Xinjiang,realized the stability of Xinjiang,implemented a series of progressive reforms,formulated "six major policies" and maintained the integrity of China's territory to a certain extent,and in the actual implementation of its policy,it aggravated the chaos of Xinjiang.Though Yang Zengxin and Sheng Shicai carry out their national policies,they are already in the past,but history is closely related to our today.According to Yang Zengxin and Xinjiang before the world national policy research,can make us have a more profound understanding to the situation in Xinjiang today,so as to strengthen the governance of Xinjiang,fight against domestic and overseas separatist forces,the CPC Central Committee formulated the strategy of "west development" and "The Belt and Road" strategy to provide a good the Social and political environment,so as to accelerate the development of Xinjiang's social economy.
