Ivestigation And Research On Chinese Teachers Training In Kyrgyzstan Bishkek

Native Chinese teachers are the main force of teaching and popularization of Chinese in the future,and also the important target of spreading Chinese to the world.With the increasing development of the global "Chinese language craze",developing and cultivating native Chinese teachers can not only effectively solve the shortage of teachers in Chinese popularization,but also help to realize the nationalization of Chinese.It is also an important guarantee for the sustainable development of Chinese.Taking 93 native Chinese teachers from 14 universities in Bishkek,Kyrgyzstan as an example,this study explores the problems and causes of the current training of native Chinese teachers in Bishkek.Through the combination of investigation and interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the basic situation of native Chinese teachers in Bishkek,Kyrgyzstan,the effect of taking part in Chinese training and the suggestions of local teachers for future Chinese training.This study consists of five parts.The first part mainly expounds the background and reasons,the purpose and significance of the research,research methods and literature review.The second part mainly investigates and analyzes the present situation of Chinese teaching in Bishkek colleges in Kyrgyzstan.The third part mainly analyzes and investigates the training of native Chinese teachers in Bishkek,Kyrgyzstan.On the basis of analyzing the training of native Chinese teachers in Bishkek,the author summarizes the suggestions and needs of local teachers for the future Chinese training.The fourth part is mainly aimed at some problems existing in Bishkek native Chinese teachers,the author puts forward his own suggestions.The fifth part is the author's summary of this paper,and pointed out the deficiencies in the study.
