Study On Volunteers In Kyrgyzstan Interpersonal Communication Condition-The Cases Of Chinese Volunteers In Bishkek

Since the first Confucius institute established,Han Ban always send millions of International Chinese Volunteer Teachers to Confucius institute.with the increasing number of Volunteers,more and more scholars starting to focus on this group.And they study the teaching,ideological education,cross-cultural adaptability of volunteers,but little research has been done on volunteers' interpersonal communication.According to the survey,the author found that volunteers,those who have just arrived to work and lived abroad always get in some trouble.When trouble occurs,good relationships often produce good results.Chinese Volunteer Teachers undertake the important mission of teaching Chinese and spreading culture.It is very important to establish good interpersonal communication.So,the author takes Bishkek as an example,Take volunteers who are working at Confucius institute in Bishkek as the research object.This paper mainly based on the theory of cultural value orientation in intercultural communication theory,anxiety and uncertainty management theory,cultural identity theory,identity management theory.and analyze the status of volunteers' interpersonal communication in the aspect of interpersonal relationship and culture,communication customs and culture,public etiquette and culture.this paper is dominated by qualitative investigation,conduct in-depth interviews with volunteers who are working at Confucius institute in Bishkek.According to the interview results,analyze the objective and subjective factors that affect volunteers' interpersonal communication,for example:language competence,living habits,working environment,time to Kyrgyzstan,social networking software,personal character,countermeasures and so on.Finally,giving some suggestions on the influencing factors which are include in work,life and emotional.
