With the development of globalization,more and more people have started to go abroad and have been exposed to different cultures.As a result of cross-cultural phenomena,cross-cultural communication has become an indispensable capability in our daily lives.More and more people are beginning to realize that understanding and mastering cross-cultural communication skills is the first step to communicating with foreigners.Against this backdrop,the author decided to use Kyrgyzstan multinational Chinese-funded enterprises as an example to investigate the actual status of employees' cross-cultural communicative competence,analyze their problems and causes in the cross-cultural communication process,and make further recommendations.This paper uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the cross-cultural communicative competence of 104 employees of multinational Chinese-funded enterprises and analyzes the questionnaire from the perspectives of employees' knowledge,skills,awareness,and attitudes of cross-cultural communicative competence.Some Chinese employees were interviewed,their cases in cross-cultural communication were collected,and the cross-cultural communication of employees was studied.At the same time,the literature collection method was used to collect literature on cross-cultural communication in major libraries and finally completed the writing of this paper.The study found that:(1)In the four aspects of knowledge,attitudes,skills,and awareness of cross-cultural communication skills,Kyrgyzstan's employees' level of cross-cultural communication skills is generally lower than that of Chinese employees.(2)In the way of improving employees' intercultural communication skills,employees should be selected according to the different characteristics of employees in both countries.Chinese employees tend to acquire local cultural awareness information and training,while employees in Kyrgyzstan prefer to learn local Political,economic and cultural knowledge as well as the development of cultural lectures to improve their capabilities are mainly due to the different ways of thinking and living habits of the two countries.(3)Language barriers,work environment and living environment,and cultural differences are the main factors restricting the development of Chinese employees' intercultural communicative competence.The above research findings not only contribute to the improvement of Chinese international education and teaching,but also contribute to the improvement of crosscultural communicative competence of employees of Chinese-funded enterprises.At the same time,in order to improve this issue in the international teaching of Chinese,the author puts forward suggestions from both aspects of language and cross-cultural communicative competence.While improving their language ability,they cannot ignore the ability of cross-cultural communication.In order to enhance employees' sense of identity with the corporate and corporate culture,Chinese-funded enterprises must focus on training employees' intercultural communicative competence and reduce cross-cultural barriers to employees through training.
