With China’s rising international status and brought the Chinese fever isgradually warming, the world more and more people begin to learn Chinese. In orderto meet the needs of the world’s people to learn Chinese, launched in2004, Hanbanvolunteer Chinese teachers project, so far, more than ten thousand volunteersoverseas to teach. Intercultural volunteers directly affect the ability to adapt teachingwork, so it is worth analysis.Drawing on the basis of previous studies, the author of culture shock andcultural adaptation as a theoretical basis, the use of interviews, questionnaires,observation and other research methods, from the emotional attitude, teaching areas,accommodation, climate diet, gender, ethnicity, disciplinary backgrounds, discussedin terms of volunteer Chinese teachers went to Kyrgyzstan intercultural adaptation,in order to help and guide subsequent study volunteers live and work, practical workand volunteer to solve life problems. At the same time, I also hope that through thisresearch is on the selection and training of Hanban volunteer Chinese teachers toprovide reference value.Through questionnaires and data analysis, the author found that volunteerChinese teachers went to Kyrgyzstan’s overall cross-cultural adaptation in goodcondition. Through interviews with volunteers who found difficulty in cross-culturaladaptation focused on ethnic, linguistic and working three aspects.Kyrgyzstan went through volunteer Chinese teachers analysis of cross-culturaladaptation research, based on the recommendations in the previous writer I actuallyexperienced combined experience, to enhance cross-cultural adaptability madeseveral suggestions, including a very important point, the State Hanban on volunteertraining should focus on the arts as a particular multi-ethnic areas in Central Asia, ifyou cultivate a particular aspect of hobbies, you can Kuzhongzuole compensateloneliness boredom and other emotions, will to solve the problem of cross-culturaladaptation have a positive influence.
