Since the reform and opening up, with the development of economicglobalization, the country is increasingly open to the world, more and more Chinesepeople out of the country, to the world, in various parts of the world to start abusiness, economic and trade activities. Adjacent to the five Central Asian countries,and has close contacts with China, in particular, has closer ties with the XinjiangUygur Autonomous Region has a geographic advantage, therefore, very closeeconomic and trade relations between China and Kyrgyzstan. In Russian andChinese-funded enterprises continue to increase or decrease the required translationtalents are increasingIn this paper, the method of field survey, using questionnaires and interviewsto explore Kyrgyzstan, Chinese and Russian translation personnel status andcorporate demand for translators to understand the type, quantity, and quality-fundedenterprises translators neededspass software and the use of statistical survey data,analysis of finishing summarized findings, and, according to the survey results, theeffective proposals to cultivate the talent of the Chinese and Russian translation.Through research, and ultimately come to the following conclusions: themore the number of Chinese-funded enterprises in Kyrgyzstan, the demand fortranslators, translation qualities: good language skills, enthusiasm and a sense ofresponsibility to work bettercommunication skills and adaptability, are familiar withthe related fields of expertise. But the translation is a limited number of generallylow quality, can not meet the requirements of the enterprise.According to the survey results, Finally, I proposed training strategytranslators:(1) local suggestions:①opened the translation courses②invitecompanies have extensive practical experience in the translation to the schools tointroduce students to experience with enterprisecooperation to establish thetranslation practice base, so that the translation of professional teachingcareer-oriented education to become a truly market-oriented.(3) offeringprofessional, formal Chinese training center, and appropriate increase in translationcourses.④local colleges and universities should attach importance to the cultivationof Chinese language teaching and translation.⑤local colleges and universitiesshould strengthen the management students.⑥schools and businesses working.
