| This report is based on the project translation practice that the author conducted during the internship in Dupont Company.The project,which is the Development Guide written by the Human Resource Department of Dupont Company,aims to enable employees to have a better understanding of prospect of development and regulations of the company.The author,under the guidance of Nida’s Functional Equivalence Theory,reviews the whole process of translation practice,summarizes and reflects on the difficulties of vocabulary and sentences as well as effective solutions in the way of case study,aiming to sum up the translation experience to provide a reference for the similar translation text in the future. |
