Class management plays a key decisive role in education and teaching.Teachers' teaching and student's learning are conducted under the premise of class management.Good class management has a positive effect on teachers' teaching and student learning.Classes are the sub-units of all education and teaching activities.Class management has a decisive influence on the quality of subject education.The management style of the head teacher will have different management effectiveness,which will result in different class appearances and learning environments,and will create different learning atmospheres,which will further affect students' study habits and attitudes,and ultimately affect the quality of students' learning.Junior high school class management will have a significant impact on the quality of student learning.The effective management style of the head teacher will produce positive management effectiveness.Good class management will have a positive impact on students' physical and mental development,learning efficiency,and doing things for others.In addition,effective management can simultaneously promote the teaching of subjects.To study the different management methods of the junior middle school head teachers,analyze the influence of the head teachers' management effectiveness on teachers' teaching and students' learning,help to sum up experiences,develop advantages,and establish and improve the head teacher's management system for the class.The quality of English learning is closely related to class management.The effectiveness of class management directly affects the effectiveness of English learning.If class management is not clear,teachers cannot achieve a balanced development of students.Some students have a weak ability to learn English,and the basics are relatively poor.However,teachers do not have timely education.The students' enthusiasm for learning is weakened,their academic performance cannot be improved,and the quality of teaching naturally declines.Only with a good class style and style of study,students' enthusiasm for learning increases.Only with the attention of teachers,students' learning efficiency can be improved.Junior high school education and teaching activities need a good class environment,students need a good atmosphere for learning,English learning will have a multiplier effect.This topic makes a systematic study of the influence of class management on the quality of English learning of junior high school students.Under the guidance of the theories of pedagogy,psychology and sociology,the relationship between class management and junior high school English learning is analyzed.It provides a theoretical support for the improvement of class management and English Teaching in junior high school,and also has great contribution to the development of other subjects.The paper mainly uses literature research,interview and questionnaire and other research methods to analyze the influence of class management on the English learning quality of junior high school students.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part of the text mainly introduces the research background,the purpose and significance of the research,introduces the research status at home and abroad,including the study of class management and the study of English learning quality,describes and analyses the related concepts in detail,and introduces the research methods and ideas of this paper.The second part of the text mainly introduces the type of class management of the class teacher,including the democratic,autocratic and laissez faire type,and focuses on the different characteristics of the three ways of management.At the same time,it also introduces the embodiment of junior middle school students' English learning quality.The third part of the text carries out a practical investigation through questionnaire survey,and makes a reasonable analysis of the results of the investigation.In this part,the interview records of the class teachers with three different management modes,such as autocratic and democratic and laissez faire,are also presented,and the interview records of English language teachers and corresponding classes in different ways of management are also presented.Grade student interview records.The difference of learning quality of different students under different management modes is analyzed from interviews.The fourth part of the text and the outlook,combined with the relevant data and reference literature,to get the final conclusion of the research,and put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the research conclusions,and make a summary of the whole paper.The results of questionnaires,interviews with class teachers,English teachers and students show that there are three types of class management: democratic,autocratic and laissez faire.Three different ways of management have a very important influence on students' English learning quality.Through the survey data and interview results,the advantages and disadvantages of the three methods are analyzed.The viewpoint of this study is: class teachers should adopt appropriate class management in class management.Democratic management is more popular with students and teachers than authoritarian and laissez faire management,which is more conducive to teachers' teaching,students' learning and growth.But democratic management also has shortcomings.If it can be combined with authoritarian management,the management of a class teacher is successful and effective.
