Classroom teaching time management is an important teaching resource.The key to improving the effectiveness of high school English classroom teaching lies in how to allocate classroom teaching time reasonably and fully.The scientific management and allocation of classroom teaching time is an important condition for building an effective classroom.The scientific and rational allocation of classroom time can maximize the efficiency of classroom teaching.The lack of reasonable and scientific classroom time schedule will greatly reduce the teaching efficiency,and will seriously discourage learning interest and learning enthusiasm.Therefore,how to make full use of the benefits of classroom teaching time and effectively improve the time value of classroom teaching in high school English classroom teaching are of great practical significance to the majority of high school English teachers and students.The study mainly using the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the observation method and taking the 72 English teachers of H High School as the research object,aims to find out the current problems in the teaching time management in the high school English Classroom.It analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward the reasonable and effective classroom time management strategies so as to improve the overall high school English teachers classroom teaching time management level and improve the quality of English classroom teaching.The content of this study mainly contains the following aspects:(1)Investigate and study the current situation and existing problems of H High school English classroom time management through the questionnaires;(2)Analyze the existing the current problems of H High school English classroom time management;(3)In view of these problems of English classroom time management in H High school,the effective management strategies are put forward to improve the teaching quality of English classroom and the teaching level of English teachers in senior high school.This study finds that the time management in H high school English classroom teaching mainly has the following problems: some teachers lack the concept of classroom teaching time,the classroom teaching time is inefficient,and the teacher takes up too much time.In order to improve the effectiveness of time management in H high school English classroom teaching,this study puts forward three feasible suggestions:(1)Arrange classroom teaching time scientifically;(2)Improve teachers' classroom teaching time management ability;(3)Enhance teachers' classroom teaching time management awareness.Through the research on the time management of H high school English classroom teaching,this study hopes that all high school English teachers can realize this problem,strengthen the teaching time management in their classroom,improve their teaching level and teaching quality to achieve the whole high school English classroom teaching sustainable development.At the same time,it can also enrich modern teaching theory and classroom management theory,provide further guidance for teachers to improve their teaching level,and provide theoretical support and theoretical basis for improving the English classroom teaching quality of high school.
