Learning procrastination among students has become a common phenomenon, such as the summer job until the last few days to complete, always planning to be thinking about it tomorrow...... Hu Chun Bao survey found 95 percent of the study procrastination about American college students and more than half of the students want to work to improve this procrastination.Long time delay not only wastes time and energy, but also can stimulate students’ negative emotions, which can lead to great psychological pressure, thus affecting the students’ mental health. Some scholars have pointed out that time management is the factors that affect academic procrastination, then it can be draw up suitable time management training program for junior high school students to improve students ability and reduce the academic procrastination behavior?This purpose of study is to investigate time management disposition and procrastination tendencies, and to explore time management group counseling whether can improve learning procrastination in junior high school. The first part surveyed 282 participants of junior high school students in Zaozhuang, to investigate the relationship between time management and learning delays; the second part is part of the intervention, subjects are 20 students who have problems of learning delays. The main content of the interventions focus on improving students’ sense of time value and the time control and time efficacy aspects, divided into seven times, Findings are as follows:First,A junior high school students have better time management disposition, by comparison, girls are better than boys on time management,class cadre tends to be better than non-class cadre, but the child and the boarding of these two variables, there are no significant differences.Second, the junior middle school students are in the moderate severity of delay, the overall delay is not very serious. Through the survey found that boys are more serious than girls on learning delays, non-live-in students learning delays than boarding survive in more severe learning delays, but there is no significant difference in the child and the class cadre.Third, it was a significant negative correlation between junior high school time management and procrastination.Fourth, after the intervention around time management training program,Junior high school students’ learning procrastination significantly decreased,indicating that the time management training program is effective, time management training programs can improve students’ time management capacity, and can reduce the students’ learning delays.
